Insulator maintenance management

In humid weather conditions, dirty insulators are prone to flashover discharge, so it is necessary to clean and restore the original insulation level. One year in general regions

1. Power outage cleaning

2. Clean without power outage

The electrical performance and effective length of the insulation rod used, as well as the distance between people and live parts, should comply with the corresponding voltage level regulations, and there must be a dedicated person to monitor the operation.
3. Flushing with charged water
There are two methods: large water flushing and small water flushing. The flushing water, the effective length of the operating rod, and the distance between people and live parts must comply with the requirements of the industry regulations.
